What is DDP shipping from China?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. With Bubba Logistics, you receive one all-inclusive shipping price covering transportation, customs clearance, applicable duties, and final delivery to your requested address.
Which countries do you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping from China, including delivery to the USA, Canada, Europe, the UAE, Australia, and many other international destinations.
How long does shipping from China take?
Most air shipments arrive within 1–2 weeks, while sea freight typically takes 4–6 weeks. Transit times may vary depending on the destination, shipment type, and customs clearance.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Bubba Logistics manages customs clearance, required shipping documentation, applicable duties, and coordination with the relevant parties as part of our DDP shipping service.
Can you deliver directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can prepare, label, and ship your products directly to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers. We can also deliver to TikTok Shop, Walmart, your warehouse, your business, or your home.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
We handle shipments of different sizes, from smaller commercial orders and cartons to pallets, full containers, and multiple-container projects. Contact us with your shipment details for an accurate quote.
Can you help me source products from China?
Yes. Our experienced sourcing team in China can help you find reliable manufacturers, verify suppliers, negotiate prices, manage production, and coordinate shipping.
Do you inspect products before shipping?
Yes. Our team in China can perform quantity verification, product inspection, packaging checks, labeling, and other quality-control services before your goods are shipped.
Do you provide warehousing services?
Yes. We operate eight warehouses in China where we can receive, store, inspect, consolidate, label, bundle, repack, and prepare your products before international shipping. Our warehousing services are currently available only in China.
Will I receive separate invoices and customs documents?
No. For DDP shipments, you receive one official invoice from Bubba Logistics based on the agreed all-inclusive price. We manage the underlying shipping, customs, duties, and operational documents internally.
How long does sea shipping from China to the United States take?
Express sea shipping from China to the United States normally takes approximately 19–28 days. Regular sea shipping normally takes approximately 28–38 days. If the shipment is selected for a secondary customs inspection, the delivery process may require an additional 2–5 weeks.
How do you calculate the shipping price?
To provide an accurate shipping quote, we need your commercial invoice and packing list. We do not offer one fixed price per kilogram or calculate the final price based only on CBM. The cost depends on the products, quantity, weight, dimensions, destination, shipping method, customs duties, and other shipment details. Our quote is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees.
Can you help us find factories and purchase products in China?
Yes. Our sourcing team in China can help you find and verify factories, negotiate prices, request samples, inspect products, and manage quality control. If you want to visit factories in China, we can also provide Chinese- and English-speaking staff to assist you. Your goods can be received at any of our eight warehouses in China, and we can manage the logistics, customs clearance, duties, and delivery.
Can you recommend which products we should buy and sell for profit?
No. We do not recommend specific products for you to purchase or promise that a product will be profitable. If you already know which product you want to buy or sell, our team can help you improve the product, find suitable factories, negotiate better prices, inspect the goods, and manage the supply chain and shipping process.
Will my product and business information remain confidential?
Yes. All customer, product, supplier, pricing, shipment, and business information is kept confidential. We do not share our customers’ information with other customers, suppliers, or unrelated third parties.
What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?
A standard claim applies only when the shipment, container, pallet, or carton is lost and is not delivered. Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage are not covered under the standard claim. Additional cargo insurance is available and can cover the declared purchase value of the goods plus the shipping cost.
What payment methods do you accept, and when is payment due?
The full balance must be paid before the shipment is dispatched from China. We accept payment by wire transfer, Zelle, credit card, or debit card.
Can you deliver worldwide and divide one shipment among multiple addresses?
Yes. We can deliver worldwide to Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Walmart, your warehouse, your business, your home, or any other requested address. We can also divide one shipment among multiple destinations. For example, part of the shipment can go to the United States, another part to Canada, and the remainder to other addresses. Whether you have one address, five addresses, or ten addresses, we can coordinate the complete delivery process.
