No. The origin of the shipment must be China. However, we can ship goods from China to destinations worldwide and manage transportation, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery through our DDP shipping service.

We offer two sea shipping options from China to the United States:

Express sea shipping usually takes approximately 19 to 28 days.

Regular sea shipping usually takes approximately 28 to 38 days.

These estimated transit times apply when the shipment is not selected for a secondary customs inspection. If a secondary inspection occurs, delivery may take an additional 2 to 5 weeks.

Shipping rates cannot be accurately calculated based only on weight or CBM. Because Bubba Logistics is a U.S.-based company and all shipments must be properly documented and legally processed, we need complete cargo information before providing a quote.

To prepare an accurate quote, we require your commercial invoice and packing list, including the product description, purchase value, quantity, weight, carton dimensions, and total CBM.

We do not offer one flat per-kilogram rate for every product because shipping costs, customs duties, tariffs, and government fees vary depending on the cargo.

Yes. We provide complete, all-in-one sourcing and supply chain services in China. We can find products and qualified factories, verify suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, obtain and ship samples, perform quality control (QC), and represent your business throughout the purchasing process.

If you travel to China to visit factories, we can provide experienced staff who speak both Chinese and English. They can accompany you, assist with translation and negotiations, and help make your purchasing process smooth and efficient.

If you have already purchased your products, you can have them delivered to any of our eight warehouses in China. We can then handle the logistics, customs clearance, duties, and delivery to your destination.

No. We do not recommend specific products simply because they are trending or may appear profitable. We believe this could create a conflict of interest, especially if the company making the recommendation has a financial interest in selling that product.

Our role is to represent you—not to sell products to you. If you already know which product you want to purchase, Bubba China can help you optimize your sourcing decisions for your intended market. For example, we may help you select more suitable colors, sizes, features, packaging options, or product specifications.

Bubba China provides sourcing and supply chain services, including factory identification, supplier verification, negotiation, sampling, and quality control.

Bubba Logistics handles transportation, customs clearance, duties, and delivery from China to your destination.

No. Our customers’ business information, product details, suppliers, and factory relationships are confidential and held in trust by Bubba China and Bubba Logistics.

We do not share one customer’s information with another customer or use a customer’s sourcing history to benefit someone else. Protecting our customers’ privacy and business interests is a core part of our responsibility as their representative in China.

Cargo claims apply only when a shipment, container, pallet, or boxes is lost and not delivered. They do not apply to scratches, dents, crushed boxes, or other physical damage because Bubba Logistics cannot independently verify the original condition of the goods and packaging when they leave the supplier.

If you purchased additional cargo insurance and declared the full purchase value of your goods, coverage may include the declared purchase value plus shipping costs, subject to the insurance policy’s terms and conditions.

If you did not purchase additional insurance, compensation for lost and undelivered cargo is limited to the amount stated in your quotation or invoice. The specific terms in your quotation, invoice, and insurance policy will apply.

We strongly recommend asking your supplier to use five-layer or seven-layer export cartons, corner protectors, and wooden boxes when necessary.

Bubba Logistics also offers additional packaging and wooden-crating services in China for a separate fee.

Your invoice must be paid in full before Bubba Logistics dispatches your shipment from China.

Payment can be made by wire transfer, Zelle, credit card, or debit card. Once full payment has been received and confirmed, we will arrange the departure of your shipment from China.

For commercial purchases, Bubba Logistics and Bubba China can handle shipments as small as one or two boxes and as large as multiple containers.

For personal or household purchases, the combined value of the goods and logistics services must be more than $2,000. We cannot provide service for personal-use shipments below this amount.

We handle products in all categories as long as they are legal and comply with the applicable shipping, customs, safety, and import regulations of the destination country.

We do not source or ship counterfeit, fake, copied, trademark-infringing, or otherwise illegal products. Please provide the product details before purchasing so our team can confirm that the goods can be legally sourced and shipped to your destination.

Yes. Bubba Logistics can deliver shipments worldwide to the destination you choose, including your home or business address, your own warehouse, Amazon FBA fulfillment centers, TikTok Shop warehouses, Walmart fulfillment centers, and other commercial locations.

We can also divide one shipment among multiple destinations. For example, if you purchase 100 cartons, we can deliver 20 cartons to Canada, 10 cartons to the United Kingdom, and the remaining 70 cartons to several different addresses in the United States.

Whether you have one destination, five addresses, or ten addresses, we can arrange multiple deliveries based on your instructions. Please provide all destination details in advance so the shipping costs, customs requirements, and delivery arrangements for each country and address can be included in your quotation.
